The fastest way to reach us

For support, privacy requests, bug reports, partnerships, media queries, and product feedback, email priyanshudutta248@gmail.com. SensexIQ is a lean product, so email gives us the best trail for reproducing issues and responding with the right context. Please include the email address used on your account when the query is account-specific, but never send your password, one-time passwords, broker credentials, bank details, PAN, Aadhaar, or card information.

If your issue is urgent because it affects account access, mention Account access in the subject line. If the issue is about incorrect stock data, mention Data correction. If it is about a calculator result, mention Calculator feedback and include the exact inputs used. Clear reports help us move faster and avoid asking repeated follow-up questions.

What to include in a bug report

A useful bug report includes the page name, the action you took, the result you expected, the result you saw, your device type, browser, approximate time, and screenshots if possible. For example, a report that says the portfolio page is slow is useful, but a report that says portfolio health loads after projection on mobile Safari at 9:30 AM IST is much easier to investigate.

For market-data bugs, include the stock symbol, price or metric that looked wrong, the time you checked it, and the source you compared against. Market feeds can be delayed or temporarily unavailable, so timestamped reports help separate a provider issue from a product issue.

3

Data, privacy, and account requests

For privacy and data-rights requests, email us from your registered account email. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or clarification about the personal data associated with your account. We may ask for reasonable verification before making account changes because portfolio and watchlist data is sensitive to the user even when it is not broker-linked.

If you want your account deleted or want to withdraw consent for account-based processing, state that clearly in the subject and body. Account deletion removes profile, watchlist, portfolio, alert, and session data according to the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy. We do not ask for broker credentials and we do not store trading account identifiers.

For grievance redressal, use the subject line Privacy grievance or Product grievance and email priyanshudutta248@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days after receiving enough information to identify the account or issue.

Product feedback and feature ideas

SensexIQ is actively improving its mobile-first workflow, calculators, screener depth, portfolio intelligence, and educational pages. Feedback is most useful when it names the real workflow you are trying to complete. Instead of asking for a generic feature, tell us what you were trying to decide, what felt slow or unclear, and what information would have helped you act with more confidence outside the platform.

Examples of useful feedback include better filters for a screener preset, clearer labels for RSI or confidence score, compact mobile portfolio rows, more educational calculator explanations, or a simpler watchlist alert state. We prioritize changes that improve clarity for many Indian retail users rather than features that create visual clutter or require constant manual maintenance.

5

Partnerships, media, and education

For partnerships, media, student projects, educational collaborations, or content references, email us with the proposed context, audience, timeline, and what you need from SensexIQ. We are open to thoughtful educational collaborations, but SensexIQ does not sell investment tips, paid calls, guaranteed returns, or personalized recommendations.

If you want to reference SensexIQ in an article or video, please describe it accurately as an educational stock-market workspace. Do not present SensexIQ as a broker, SEBI-registered adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager, or execution platform. That distinction is important for user trust and regulatory clarity.

6

Before acting on market information

Contact support can clarify how the product works, fix account issues, and review data-quality reports. It cannot provide buy, sell, hold, target-price, or personal portfolio advice. SensexIQ signals, screeners, portfolio metrics, and calculators are educational tools. They should be verified with official disclosures, broker data, exchange data, and a qualified financial adviser before any financial action.

If a response discusses a signal or calculator, it is to explain product behavior and methodology, not to recommend an investment decision. Users remain responsible for financial choices, tax assumptions, trade timing, and suitability.
