Acceptance of terms

By accessing SensexIQ, creating an account, using a calculator, reading a signal, adding a watchlist item, entering a portfolio holding, or using any related feature, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to the public website, authenticated app, stock pages, screeners, calculators, watchlists, portfolio features, alerts, market-news surfaces, and any related content or product experience operated under the SensexIQ name.

2

Nature of the service

SensexIQ is educational financial software for Indian retail investors. It helps users screen stocks, understand signals, calculate financial scenarios, maintain watchlists, review portfolio health, and learn through structured market context. It does not execute trades, manage money, custody assets, or connect users to exchange order books.

SensexIQ is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst, broker, exchange, portfolio manager, or distributor. Nothing on the platform is personalized financial advice, a research report, an offer to buy or sell securities, or a guarantee of return.

3

No adviser-client or research-analyst relationship

Using SensexIQ does not create an adviser-client, research-analyst-client, fiduciary, broker-client, distributor-client, or portfolio-management relationship. We do not assess your full financial situation, risk profile, tax position, income, liabilities, dependants, objectives, liquidity needs, or suitability before showing product output.

Any entry level, target level, stop level, confidence score, alert, watchlist item, portfolio insight, or calculator result is a model output or educational estimate. It is not a personalized instruction to trade, invest, redeem, switch, borrow, or pay tax in a particular way.

4

Signals, screeners, and market information

Signals and screeners are algorithmic outputs based on available data and configured rules. They can be delayed, incomplete, wrong, stale, or unsuitable for your financial situation. A confidence score, trend label, RSI condition, breakout tag, risk-reward estimate, or watchlist alert is not a recommendation.

Market data and news may come from public sources, third-party providers, cached backend data, or internal datasets used for continuity. Data may be delayed by 15 minutes or more, unavailable during provider issues, or affected by corporate actions and source changes. For time-sensitive trading, use your broker terminal and official exchange data.

5

Calculators and projections

Financial calculators and portfolio projections use deterministic formulas and assumptions. Outputs depend on the user's inputs, interest rates, tax rules, tenure, compounding, inflation assumptions, contribution timing, fees, and other simplifications. Real outcomes can differ materially.

Portfolio future projection charts are simplified scenarios, not forecasts or scheduled advisory jobs. They do not promise future returns and do not create a dependency on a broker, adviser, or external decision engine. They show what could happen under fixed compound assumptions so users can understand sensitivity.

7

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these terms to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, email priyanshudutta248@gmail.com promptly. Do not share passwords, OTPs, broker credentials, bank details, PAN, Aadhaar, card details, or other sensitive identifiers through support messages or product fields.

8

Payments and future paid features

If SensexIQ later introduces subscriptions, paid alerts, donations, partner offers, or premium features, the applicable pricing, cancellation, refund, tax, and payment terms should be displayed before purchase. Until those terms are published, public product content should not be treated as a paid advisory or research service.

Support or donation links, if present, do not create investment-advisory duties, priority trading support, guaranteed response outcomes, or access to personalized recommendations.

9

User-entered portfolio and watchlist data

You are responsible for the accuracy of symbols, quantities, average prices, portfolio names, watchlist entries, and alert preferences you enter. SensexIQ calculations may differ from broker statements because of brokerage, taxes, corporate actions, dividends, pledged positions, intraday fills, rounding, price-source differences, or missing data.

Your portfolio and watchlist data remains your user-entered content. You grant SensexIQ a limited right to process it only for product functionality, support, security, and improvement consistent with the Privacy Policy.

10

Acceptable use

You may not scrape, crawl, bulk export, resell, or republish SensexIQ data or signals without written permission. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer private scoring logic, bypass rate limits, attack the service, abuse authentication, upload malicious content, or interfere with other users.

You may not use SensexIQ to operate an unlicensed advisory service, publish manipulative market content, impersonate a professional, promote pump-and-dump activity, or represent product output as your own regulated research. We may restrict or terminate accounts that abuse the platform.

11

Intellectual property

The SensexIQ name, logo, interface, product copy, educational content, scoring logic, calculator presentation, and software are owned by the operator or licensed providers. You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial research and education, subject to these terms.

You may not copy the product experience, reproduce substantial content, create derivative signal products, or use the brand in a way that suggests partnership or endorsement without written permission.

12

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, real-time freshness, profitable outcomes, tax correctness, or fitness for a particular financial decision. Financial markets involve risk, including loss of capital.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SensexIQ and its operator are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, financial, trading, tax, or opportunity losses arising from use of the platform or reliance on signals, screeners, news, portfolio analytics, projections, or calculators.

13

Changes, suspension, and contact

We may change features, data providers, limits, pricing, availability, routes, or these terms as the product evolves. We may suspend or terminate access for security reasons, abuse, legal concerns, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time and may request account deletion under the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India unless a mandatory law says otherwise. For questions about these terms, email priyanshudutta248@gmail.com.
